Thus, Jobsrar will not be responsible for any recruitment process, or parts thereof, and shall not, at any stage, be responsible for any further development or otherwise between candidates, recruiters, employers and / or advertisers and / or any other party availing itself of the website.
Jobsrar shall not be involved and shall be held free and harmless from any dispute and/or action taken, for whatever reason, made by any entity and/or individual making use of this website.
Jobsrar does not review, censor or screen any company profiles, curriculum vitae, job descriptions and / or any additional supporting documents uploaded by recruiters, candidates, employers and / or advertisers. Candidates, recruiters and employers are urged to review and verify any information exchanged over Jobsrar.com independently. All users therefore accept and agree that Jobsrar does not guarantee nor represent the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of user content or any other communication posted by users, and nor does Jobsrar endorse any opinions expressed by users.
Throughout our site you will find links to external websites or emails. Although we make every effort to ensure these links are accurate, relevant and up to date, Jobsrar does not take any responsibility for other web pages maintained by external providers. Jobsrar takes no responsibility for the information contained on external links accessible from this website. Views expressed by third parties on their own webpages shall be in no way linked to any views or opinions of jobsrar.com and Jobsrar shall not be held liable for any such content on external web pages.

What Data do we collect?

What data do we collect?
When registering to one or more of our Services we will also collect your name, email address, age, mobile number and job searching preferences. This information will be provided by you by filling the registration form or when population your profile/resume after registration. We also collect your Curriculum Vitae. The information and the Curriculum Vitae are necessary for us to provide you with job vacancy related services. The information will be used by Jobsrar.com only to send you the mailshot/s and/or Job Alerts you have subscribed for as well as other job-seeker related services.
How long is it kept?
This information is kept for as long as you are subscribed to our Site and will be kept for a further period of 1 year from the date when you unsubscribe and this in line with our legal requirements in the case of dispute resolution.
Who do we share it with?
We will share your data including your name, surname, contact details, CV as well as any other relevant information which you may have provided in your profile/resume with our Clients and/or End Clients for the purpose of providing one or more services to you. This procedure is done automatically when a candidate applies for any job vacancy listed on Jobsrar.com. Your Curriculum Vitae will be only available to the Employer/Recruiter once you apply for any job vacancy listed on Jobsrar.com.
If one applies for a specific job vacancy directly with Jobsrar.com through email (due to marketing going on various platforms) rather than through the job portal itself (directly with employers/recruiters), you are agreeing that we can share your data with our Clients and/or End Clients including your CV for the purpose of providing one or more services to you such as forwarding your CV to the employer/recruiter on your behalf. Clients may contact you for the purpose of setting up interviews in respect of such job vacancies.
We will also share your data with the competent authorities if we are required to do so in order to comply with any applicable law, regulation or court order.
Access to your information: You may, at any time submit a request to know what information is held in your regard, if any.
Rectification and erasure: Jobsrar.com will use its best endeavours to update and maintain your data as accurate as possible within a reasonable time. Jobsrar.com takes no responsibility or liability for the accuracy or correctness of any data provided. You may, at any time, submit a request to have any inaccuracies corrected.
Right to be forgotten: You may at any time request to have any or all of your details erased. You understand that by making such a request we will no longer be able to provide you with our Services.
Restriction of processing: You may, at any time, submit a request to restrict the processing of your data.

Terms Applicable Specifically to Employers & Recruiting Companies
Employers & Recruiting Companies will be solely responsible for the content they publish on Jobsrar.com. Any jobs posted must abide by the relevant laws and regulations applicable in Malta, must be genuine, legal, gender-equal, non-discriminatory, and must strictly not contain:
Publishing of jobs in the Featured Sections shall be at the sole discretion of Jobsrar.com. Publishing of jobs in the Featured Section shall be against payment, and will be posted in real-time.
Employers & recruiting companies are restricted to post job listings on our job portal linking them to their own portal or email address. All applications should be processed through Jobsrar.com portal.
Jobsrar reserves the right to remove or edit any job posting or content from the website, which is deemed to be non-compliant with the Terms & Conditions. No refund shall be issued by Jobsrar to the Employer, where such job posting and / or content is removed from the website due to non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
Any company description or information submitted must be truthful and accurate to the company. Employers acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any content posted on jobsrar.com.
Employers & recruiting companies are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account, billing information, profile and passwords, as applicable on jobsrar.com. Employers & recruiting companies are prohibited from sharing sensitive information such as passwords or billing information with any other party, temporarily or permanently, and shall be responsible for all uses on jobsrar.com, whether or not authorised by the actual employer. Employers & recruiting companies agree to immediately notify Jobsrar of any unauthorised use of their account. Unless such unauthorised use of the account is the result of gross negligence and / or fraud by jobsrar.com, the Employer shall not hold Jobsrar or any affiliate, undertaking, subsidiary or otherwise connected entity responsible in any manner.
Should the Employer accounts on jobsrar.com be cancelled for whatsoever reason, any account and company information, billing information and/or saved published or unpublished job advert, shall only be retained in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act (Cap. 440) of the laws of Malta.
Any information, curriculum vitae or supporting documents submitted by job seekers can only be used for the purpose of the job application. Use or misuse of such information out of context, is prohibited. Jobsrar shall in no way be held liable for any use or misuse of such information out of context.
Every individual job posting is valid for a period of fifteen (15) to thirty (30) days from the date of publishing, it depends on the package chosen. We will do our utmost to ensure smooth functioning of our services at all times. However, no refund, in whole or in part, shall be given if jobsrar.com is down for any reason beyond our reasonable control.
Jobsrar shall not be held liable or responsible in any way for the adequacy and/or suitability of the applications received. Jobsrar is not responsible for and does not guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of information submitted by job seekers to employers and will not be held responsible for the outcome of such events.
All payments shall be submitted online. Jobsrar shall ensure that all payment processing is done through a secure gateway such as Paypal. Employers agree to submit all required data necessary for payment processing and to ensure that all information submitted shall be accurate and correct. However, jobsrar.com shall in no way be held liable should such secure gateway encounter any problems beyond jobsrar.com’s control. Other payment options are available provided payments are received in advance by bank transfer or cheque and communicated to jobsrar.com. In the latter cases, the payment shall be deemed to be received once the cheque has been deposited or once the bank transfer has been confirmed as received in the bank account indicated by jobsrar.com. In all these cases, the service purchased by the Employer shall not commence unless and until payment has been successfully received.
Terms Applicable Specifically to Job Seekers / Candidates
Job seekers’ applications will be directed to the advertiser by Jobsrar.com through online or offline communication (including but not limited to website, email address and communication via telephone). Jobsrar.com should not be considered as a recruiter or employer and thus any issues or queries should be directed to the advertiser.
Any information, resumes or supporting documents submitted by job seekers must be accurate and provide their description as an individual person. Job seekers acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any resume or material forwarded to employers.
Jobsrar.com is not responsible for and does not guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of information submitted by Employers and thus will not be held responsible for the outcome of such events.
Jobsrar.com cannot guarantee that jobseeker applications for vacancies will be successful and/or acknowledged or responded to as that is entirely at the discretion of the employers.
If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Jobsrar.com in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subjected to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act (Cap 387) of the laws of Malta, Data Protection Act 2001 as currently in force as well as General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
