What is expected of you?

  • Handle daily management of all shop operations
  • Oversee and ensure staff performance, mentoring, planning as well as training
  • Implement company policies and procedures
  • Assist in the budgeting process as well as any stock related duties such as stocktakes, ordering and any other general logistical related issues
  • Handle all shipments and liaise with relevant personnel to ensure logistics are dealt with accordingly
  • Ensure all relevant administrative work is carried accordingly
  • Manage to generate necessary reports as and when required
  • Participate in the launching of new campaigns

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Excellent written and spoken in English
  • Solid leadership skills
  • Proficient computer skills, preferably ECDL certified
  • Vibrant and can-do attitude with a positive mind-set
  • A qualification in leadership and/or management would be considered a strong asset
  • Work experience in retail preferably at a supervisory/management level would be considered an asset
