What is expected of you?
- Ensure correct execution of the IT Customer Service activities, following strictly the defined rules, policies, and procedures
- Work with colleagues in other locations ensuring strong teamwork and collaboration
- Introduce, plan and document of relevant processes
- Be responsible for the continuous process improvement
- Create appropriate guidelines on day-to-day business
- Take part in solving customer issues and problems

- Proven experience in a similar position
