Job Overview

We are looking to recruit an analytically-minded professional to join a well-established payment provider as a Senior Treasury Analyst for a 7-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your finance and accounting skills within the payment processing industry.

What is expected of you?

  • Monitor fund balances and manage cash movement
  • Process wire transfers and currency conversions
  • Enter and process customer transactions
  • Be the point of contact for customers while providing timely assistance to their inquiries
  • Work closely with the account management team
  • Correspond with banks regarding accounts
  • Set FX rates on customer accounts and process customer FX revenue
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations and adjustment reports
  • Assist with audits
  • Perform various ad hoc duties

What are you expected to bring?

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a financial environment
  • An excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. Maltese would be considered an asset
  • An eye for detail
  • Experience using QuickBooks
  • Advanced Word and Excel skills
  • The ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal direction
  • A team player attitude and have strong interpersonal skills
  • A precise and structured approach to work
