Job Overview

We are looking for a meticulous, detail-oriented Licensing Officer to join our client’s Regulatory Departments. If you have a keen eye for detail with exacting standards, Ceek would like to hear from you! 

 What is expected of you?

  • Review applications received and ensure that all documents are in place and forward such documents for due diligence purposes
  • Ensure that all details are kept up-to-date on the company intranet
  • Process and issue approvals for employees and maintain information on database
  • Process and issue permits for nonprofit entities
  • Draft, issue and renew licenses
  • Deal with application requests
  • Participate in meetings and recommend means of improvement
  • Attend training, conferences and perform any other tasks are directed by management

What are you expected to bring?

  • A Diploma level of education
  • Qualifications in Business/IT/Statistics will be considered an asset
  • Previous experience in Business/IT shall be considered an asset
  • Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
