Job Description

What is expected of you?

  • Responsible for setting up and implementing a regulatory framework
  • Handle the responsibility for the management and development of direct reports
  • Conduct legal research in relation to the local finance sector
  • Ensure that the companies are compliant with applicable regulations
  • Work on other tasks as delegated by the Senior Management
  • Attend meeting with different stakeholders and experts

What are you expected to bring?

  • A solid background in financial services
  • A minimum of 5 years working experience in financial services
  • Experience in financial services legislation and related regulatory framework
  • A valid warrant to practice as a lawyer in Malta will be considered an asset
