Fairwinds Management Limited is looking for a Receptionist to join the team. The primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service and create a positive first impression for visitors and guests at the office. The chosen candidate will be the front-facing representative of the company, responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, answering phone calls, handling general administrative tasks, and maintaining the overall efficiency and professionalism of the company.
The main responsibilities will include:
• Greeting and welcoming visitors
• Answering phone calls
• Managing front desk operations
• Scheduling appointments
• Handling mail and packages
• Provide administrative support
• Data entry and filing
• Communicating with team members
• Internal event planning
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position, be organised and with good attention to detail, be able to communicate effectively with the management, colleagues, and clients. To apply one must have an excellent command of written and spoken Maltese and English languages. Knowledge of Italian language will be considered as an asset.
