What is expected of you?
- Prepare payment instructions, documentation and obtain signatory approval for client payments
- Obtain supporting documentation for incoming and outgoing funds for clients
- Work hand in hand with the Account Assistant in notifying the inflowing and outflowing funds
- Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing funds
- Check the reconciliation and preparation of invoices to suppliers for clients on a monthly basis
- Maintain client records of financial transactions, files bank statements, and all other records
- Assist in managing and processing quarterly billings
- Liaise with clients to obtain supporting documentation and necessary approvals as well as provide information to clients as and when requested
- Liaise with banks regarding payments and receipts and resolve bank queries

- Excellent proficiency in Excel
- Good administrative and financial skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Have an eye for detail and be well-organised
- Be client service orientated
