We are a Logistics and Agency company based in Malta and have been running around for the past eleven years. As part of our expansion plans, we are now looking to add an intelligent individual to join our Logistics team as Customer Service and Operations executive.

The job comprises the usual responsibilities of a customer service and operations job within an office environment.
These include:

  • Direct communication with customers, contractors, suppliers, and principals
  • Booking processing and management
  • Shipment management
  • Creation, uploading, and distribution of shipping documents such as airwaybills, bill of ladings, notice of arrivals, delivery orders and invoices
  • Dossier
  • Quality management vetting.

Requirements:

  • The post is on a full-time and indefinite contract basis.
  • An attractive salary plus a commission package is being offered.
  • Interested applicants must be living in Malta and with a minimum of 2 years of experience within the logistics field.
