Job Overview
We are looking to recruit an Onboarding Relationship Manager on behalf of a company specialising in the corporate services industry. If you have the relevant experience and are looking for an exciting new challenge, Ceek would love to hear from you.

What is expected of you?

  • Manage a team of relationship executives, delegate work and train them as well
  • Act as a relationship manager to a number of clients, conduct meetings with them
  • Carry out the onboarding process for clients together with the compliance department
  • Act as the clients’ first point of contact for the purposes of dealing with any requests
  • Keep abreast with new legislation in terms of onboarding clients and due diligence document collection
  • Liaise with other members of the team

What are you expected to bring?

  • A minimum of 3 to 4 years’ in a similar role
  • A university degree in a related subject
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, additional language skills shall be considered an asset
  • Highly organised with a good eye for detail
  • Proven leadership and analytical skills
