Keen to work within the corporate service industry?  Do you have a degree in Law? If so, we are looking for a motivated Junior Legal & Compliance Officer to join a multi-cultural team. If you are interested in taking the next step in your career, Ceek would like to hear from you!

 

What is expected of you?

  • Monitor and maintain a portfolio of corporate and compliance clients
  • Review the onboarding of clients and collect due diligence documents
  • Compile the compliance reports for the board members
  • Oversee the internal compliance and AML policies
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and other parties to ensure compliance
  • Work on other ad-hoc duties that may be required

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • A degree in Law
  • Excellent proficiency in the English language
  • Similar experience working in the financial services industry
  • Be an assertive individual and capable of gaining the respect of senior management, colleagues and regulators
  • Able to exercise independent judgment, express opinions, and make impartial recommendations
