Job Description

We are seeking to recruit an HR Project Coordinator to join a fast growing company in Malta. The chosen candidate will be responsible for dealing with a number of clients across various industries. If you are looking for a new challenge, we at Ceek would love to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

  • Review and ensure the calculations of monetary claims that arise from termination cases
  • Handle and settle pending issues between employer and employee
  • Coordinate and analyse each hr client projects related to termination of employees
  • Oversee and analyse client payroll calculations with emphasis on bonuses, sick leave, etc and highlight any issues together with the solution
  • Liaise with the project inspector to address issues, their solutions and project developments
  • Attending court hearings in relation to terminations when required
  • Responsible to produce accurate reports for clients when necessary
  • Perform other duties as required

What are you expected to bring?

  • Up to 2 years working experience in Human Resources
  • A Degree at MQF Level 5 or equivalent in Payroll
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Maltese and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Assertive and customer focused
  • Excellent report writing and analytical skills
  • Strong leadership and good decision-making skills
