We are on the lookout for Hair Stylist

Responsibilities and Duties:

– Provide hair service including hair cutting, hair color, hair styling, and chemical services that are customized to individual clients, achieving the overall look the client would like to attain.

– Great customer service, be in the moment and exceed clients expectations

– Help maintain the organization and cleanliness of the salon

– Ambitious in wanting to learn by taking continuous education

– A team player

– Always seeking to gain new clients to grow your business

– Open communication, we are a team and our growth is your growth

– Perform duties in a timely manner

– Stay up-to-date on all REF products and services, and educational opportunities available

– Comfortable in educating clients with proper styling and recommend products

– Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions

– Follows all practice policies and protocols.
