GUEST RELATIONS MANAGER FOR LUXURY HOTEL IN MALTA
We are looking for our next Guest Relations Manager to work in one of Malta’s premier luxury hotels…a centrally located accommodation that redefines the meaning of elegance with a contemporary design, style and modern ambience, within walking distance to the beach, attractions, entertainment locations, with a variety of restaurants and bars.
✔ Skills & Responsibilities:
• 3 years in similar capacity in 5-Star Hotels
• Fulfill all duties in Guest Services Dept. as needed.
• Higher Education, preferably Diploma in Hotel Management
• Knowledge of Property Management Systems (Opera)
• A strong team leader and team player to
• Able to work on rotating shifts
• Fluent English (+another EU Language an asset)
• Must be EU citizen or current resident of Malta
