Job Overview
We are looking for a Fund Accounting Manager to oversee a team of Private Equity Fund accountants within the financial services sector. If you are looking for an exciting and challenging opportunity, we at Ceek would love to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

  • Manage and train a team comprising of junior staff
  • Ensure that NAV calculations are reviewed and delivered timeously along with any other client-specific reporting requirements
  • Operational onboarding of new clients and take on funds
  • Attend meetings where NAV calculations, Financial Statements, and other deliverables are discussed
  • Process and review capital call and distribution transactions such as SSAE 18 and ISAE 3402 controls
  • Ensure client inquiries are addressed in accordance with the company’s service standards and with third party regulations
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors
  • Prepare and review financial statements as required
  • Monitor administrative fee payments and chase debtors

What are you expected to bring?

  • A degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting or any related field
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a senior fund administration-related role
  • Knowledge of accounting standards such as UK/LUX/US GAAP
  • Ability to work under pressure while meeting with agreed deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • An ability to multi-task and work in a pressurized environment
  • A problem-solver who is able to deal with complex issues
  • Strong PC skills including Word, Excel, and Macros in Excel
