Job Overview

What is expected of you?

  • Taking on new clients, building rapport and working with them on their needs
  • Handling new client requests
  • Client management
  • Have a sound understanding of as well as being up to date with the food industry
  • Liaising with chefs and catering staff
  • Handling client quotes
  • Menu preparation – working with clients on building a satisfactory menu for their event
  • Willingness to work as part of a team
  • Customer centric individual with strong customer care qualities
  • Attend events such as weddings and conferences to ensure satisfactory services provided and resolve any client concerns

What are you expected to bring?

  • Professional can-do attitude
  • Catering experiences such as weddings, corporate events, conferences etc
  • Front office experience is preferable
  • Maltese speaking
  • Up to date with and knowledgeable about the food industry
