What’s expected of you?
- Oversee direct communication with customers through the CRM system and resolving customer issues promptly
- Capture and map customer journey, analysing pipeline touchpoints and maximising commercial opportunities
- Acknowledge individual customer concerns and needs and respond to them accordingly
- Plan and deliver CRM strategies to increase loyalty and retention.
- Monitor and maximise customer lifetime value strategies, ensuring maximum ROI
- Segment and maintain customer databases
- Identify new leads and target audiences to optimise ROI
- Research and implement new more efficient communication channels
- Develop strategies for testing all aspects of the CRM
- Liaise between departments, maintaining a high level of cooperation
- Know your competition and strategize accordingly
What are you expected to bring?
- Three to five years’ proven experience in CRM Management
- Knowledge of CRM strategies
- Experience in mapping and analysing the customer journey
- A team player who is able to also work independently
- Motivated, organised, and able to work under pressure
