Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced CRM Manager who is fluent in German and passionate about improving customer retention and engagement. As a CRM Manager, your primary focus will be on enhancing the player’s experience at Platincasino, encompassing everything from onsite interactions to communications, casino games, and sportsbook. You will play a key role in improving retention rates, performance, and profitability, and be responsible for devising and delivering all digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement highly automated and personalized lifecycle campaigns, as well as real-time interactions, across multiple channels based on customer behavior modeling, with a strong emphasis on creating player lifecycle journeys.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing of lifecycles to continuously optimize campaign quality and performance.
  • Analyze lifecycle campaigns in collaboration with the Product, Key Account, and Data teams to improve the return on investment (ROI) of the lifecycles.
  • Assist in building a data-driven digital marketing strategy.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German is a must.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a CRM position within the iGaming industry.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to present reports in a logical manner.
  • In-depth understanding of segmentation strategies.
  • Strong organizational and collaborative skills.
  • Positive attitude with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Team player mentality.
