Job Overview
We are seeking to recruit a Corporate Officer to join a successful group of companies catering to several industries such as construction, healthcare and hospitality. This role will specifically be assigned within the investment and operations department. If you are looking for a new challenge, we at Ceek would love to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

  • Assist in managing the corporate office’s regulatory affairs and statutory filings of the group
  • Set-up new corporate structures and board packs and keep the corporate files up to date
  • Draft, prepare and publish company resolutions, company announcements and scheduled public information
  • Liaise with financial controllers, registry of companies and other regulatory bodies as may be required
  • Adhere to the Company’s Policies & Procedure as well as to the Compliance programme
  • Prepare internal memos for the board members and executive management from time to time
  • Address queries of the investors relations office
  • Assist and preparing for the annual general meetings
  • Keep abreast with the new regulations

What are you expected to bring?

  • Degree in Financial Services/Law or other related areas
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Credibility, integrity and high moral standards
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently and within a team
  • Highly meticulous, detailed-oriented and results focused
