Our client, an esteemed Chinese-owned company that specializes in providing comprehensive services for visa residency applicants under the Malta Residency Visa Programme. We are dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of our Chinese clients, offering a range of services from A to Z. As part of our growth, we are currently seeking Client-Oriented and Communicative Chinese-speaking Client Assistants to support our expanding portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities:
Assist a portfolio of clients throughout their citizenship process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Provide support for various client requests related to Real Estate, Translation/Interpretation, Schools, and other areas.
Offer administrative support to ensure the seamless operation of our office.
Meet with clients and their families during their visits to Malta, delivering exceptional customer service.
Proactively assist clients and their families in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring their needs are met.
Develop a comprehensive knowledge base of local key institutions, including government departments and schools.
Collaborate with the General Manager, providing valuable feedback on client information and assisting with administrative tasks.
Foster a collaborative environment by working effectively with other hosts and office personnel.
Requirements:
Display excellent communication skills in Chinese, both written and verbal, via phone, email, and mail.
Demonstrate a genuine desire to meet the needs of clients in a fast-paced environment.
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and contribute to sales efforts.
Skilled in interacting with clients, their families, and personnel from local public and private institutions.
Strong follow-through and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a one-hour paid lunch break.
Flexibility required when receiving clients in Malta, as different schedules may be needed.
Overtime will be compensated.
