Job Overview
We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer for our client, a high-end lifestyle management and payment services operator known globally. If you consider yourself a natural and level-headed leader who is organised and results-oriented. We at Ceek would want to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

  • Lead the financial reporting process and oversee the whole department
  • Handle the full control and management on the budget and forecasting cycle
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, interim and year-end finance statement
  • Plan and control the expenditure and revenue management
  • Manage the cash flow, ensuring that there are effective treasury controls
  • Present the financial results and analysis to the internal committees and senior management
  • Prepare investment appraisals, feasibility studies and business plans
  • Assist in formulating the company’s future direction and strategic initiatives
  • Identify areas of improvement within the company and suggest solid clear procedures for improvements.
  • Participate in key decisions and maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team
  • Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting and advise on long-term business and financial planning
  • Ensure that the organisational vision is translated into effective financial strategy, policy, procedures and systems.

What are you expected to bring?

  • Be a fully qualified and warranted Accountant
  • Have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Have a sound knowledge of corporate governance and internal controls
  • Excellent and proven management and leadership skills
  • Be a team player and results-driver
  • Be strategic, analytical and can work under pressure
