Job Description

We are currently seeking to recruit an Associate Lawyer on behalf of a client responsible for providing high quality legal services. If this sounds like an interesting opportunity, we at Ceek would like to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

  • Responsible for structuring and licensing of investment funds and other investment service firms
  • Advise asset managers on ongoing compliance within the regulatory requirements for local and international clients
  • Assist clients by providing legal assistance and advice
  • Deliver a highly professional standard of legal service
  • Research and draft legal documents

What are you expected to bring?

  • A warrant to practice as a lawyer in Malta
  • A post graduate degree
  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • The ability to communicate proficiently in English
  • The ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • An enthusiastic and dedicated approach to work
