Eco-Melita Ltd is a Representative Company based in Malta working in the maritime enviroment systems for ships.
The candidate will be responsable for:
– Administration invoicing
– Commercial back office
– Handling documentation
– General administration duties
– Data inputting and filing management
– Answering queries by clients
– Storing correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
– Other ad-hoc administrative duties
The ideal candidate must:
– Be meticulous and highly organised with a problem-solving attitude and great attention to detail
– Keep focus on any potential money generation project opportunities
– Be fluent both in English and Italian with strong written and verbal commercial communication skills
– Experience with MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
