Job Overview

 

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Executive to actively operate and deliver excellence to one of our clients within the safety and security industry. If you have got what it takes to reflect our values in practice, we want to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

  • Work within the finance team and deliver expected goals.
  • Monitor pending invoices, supplier invoices, and enter them into the ERP system
  • Collect and review information to generate financial reports according to the financial standards
  • Perform bank reconciliations and issue payments
  • Liaise with vendors and resolve disputed invoices.

What are you expected to bring?

  • A diploma or a degree in Accountancy or equivalent
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • A team player who can also act on own initiative with integrity, and work under pressure
