Are you results oriented? Do you have experience working in agency recruitment? Does the thought of having uncapped commissions drive you? We at Ceek are looking for a Senior Recruiter who will be responsible to grow a section within the Company. If you think you have what it takes, we would like to hear from you.

What is expected of you?

  • Maintain and nurture current relationships whilst developing and building new ones
  • Consult clients and candidates alike by delivering value adding solutions
  • Manage various recruitment projects simultaneously in a timely manner, ensuring that all clients’ needs have been understood and met
  • Screen candidates resumes and applications
  • Conduct interviews and assess each applicants’ aptitude
  • Efficiently and effectively fill client vacancies
  • Lead and manage your team
  • Oversee the sourcing of candidates by using different platforms
  • Oversee the preparation and posting of jobs to various channels
  • Other duties assigned by the Directors

What are you expected to bring?

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an agency with a proven track record of delivering quality service
  • Able to conduct different types of interviews
  • An excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Good management skills
  • Can multitask and able to work under pressure
