Job Description

We are seeking to recruit a Senior Operational Risk Officer for a banking institution based in Malta. If you are looking for a new challenge, we at Ceek would love to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

  • Identify, assess, monitor data exceptions and system errors to ensure that the operational risk system is functional
  • Support end users in any troubleshooting issues including creation of customised system reports
  • Handle configuration of requests for system enrichment
  • Develop a good relationship with the system vendor and maintain regular system procedures
  • Be involved with refresher training session to end-users to ensure that system is fully optimised

What are you expected to bring?

  • 5 years’ working experience specifically in the areas of Operational Risk or Banking
  • Diploma or equivalent in Banking and Finance/Business/Risk or any other related area
  • Have extensive banking and regulatory knowledge
  • Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills
