Our Client is a leading Maltese Company with interests in various industries both locally and overseas

Job Opportunities and Duties 

  • Actively sell all company’s transport services on the local market;
  • Generate new contacts / clients whilst keeping in regular contact with existing clients;
  • Regularly liaising with principals (shipping lines, airlines, freight forwarding networks) keeping them regularly posted with local market information;
  • Negotiating freight rates with principals and service providers.


  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience within the shipping and logistics industry.

Personal Skills

  • Have good verbal and written communication skills in Maltese, English and ideally Italian;
  • Be organised and well prepared to work under pressure;
  • Must be computer literate with Microsoft office skills;
  • Good analytical skills;
  • Must be a team player, self-motivated and responsible;
  • Positive ‘can do’ attitude and passion for results;
  • In possession of a category B driving licence.
