Job Overview

Do you have an academic qualification in AML Compliance and Risk Mitigation?  We are looking for a Compliance Executive to join a leading corporate service provider in Malta. If you have the right expertise, Ceek would love to hear from you!

 

What’s expected of you?

  • Report directly to the MLRO and the Board of Directors
  • Draw up and review compliance manuals to ensure current compliance with regulations
  • Perform due diligence, risk assessments, and compliance checks for new clients
  • Complete periodic reviews and risk assessments for existing clients
  • Manage the internal control systems and risk management framework
  • Prepare annual compliance plans and report on their implementation
  • Prepare periodic reports for authorities and prepare and submit CRS and FATCA reports
  • Deal with general compliance queries
  • Support employees to strengthen risk awareness
  • Assist with compliance projects and ad hoc tasks as needed

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Academic qualifications in AML Compliance and Risk Mitigation
  • Experience in compliance work within a CSP environment would be an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and able to work to deadlines
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Able to work in a team as well as independently
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn
