Job Description

We are seeking to recruit an Assistant Financial Controller to join a renowned group of companies that incorporates various sectors. If you are looking for a new challenge, we at Ceek would love to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

  • Carry out general accounting duties such as data entry, bank reconciliations, debtors and creditors control
  • Ensure computation of the trial balance
  • Analyse financial information
  • Prepare financial management reports
  • Assist in the financial audits and budgets
  • Be actively involved in analysing and advising on business operations as required from time to time

What are you expected to bring?

  • Be a fully qualified accountant
  • Minimum of 1 year experience
  • Experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft office  
  • Strong professional disposition and capable to work on own initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Maltese and English
  • Flexible and willing to work long hours
