Job Description

We are looking for a Work Force Manager to optimise and enable accurate performance information to enhance service delivery and the performance management of the call centre. If you think you have what it takes, we at Ceek want to hear from you.

What is expected of you?

  • Manage the production of accurate forecasts
  • Consolidate plans for management to have a holistic view across all projects
  • Highlight areas and periods of risk across operations
  • Monitor and communicate staff ‘overs and under’ to operational management as well as recommendations
  • Manage accurate and timely calculations of staff required and support
  • Timely monitoring and communicating of recruitment requirements
  • Ensure that shrinkage is analysed and understood
  • Monitor and ensure the cluster is fully equipped to handle the work load and distribute work flow
  • Coach to ensure a full understanding of consequences of errors
  • Ensure the provision and compilation of long- and short-term schedules for the company
  • Develop a standardized methodology for measuring and reporting adherence and deviations from schedule across all operations
  • Create an environment that fosters team work and co-operation amongst team members
  • Ensure consistent compliance to company policies and procedures, corporate governance and relevant legislation
  • Monitor implementation of training needs as per individual development plans

What are you expected to bring?

  • Working experience in Managerial skills or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication, coaching and conflict resolution skills
  • Great knowledge in Microsoft Excel
  • Proven experience in project management skills and well honed time management skills
  • Ability to analyse processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions
