Job Description

Do you consider yourself to be a technical individual who is passionate about sales? A well-established fire, safety & security company in Malta is looking for a top-notch Technical Sales Specialist to form part of their dynamic team. If you are interested, we at Ceek would like to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

  • Be fully knowledgeable of the company’s products & services
  • Satisfy clientele by providing accurate information such as specific product features, pricing and after sales services
  • Ensure that the work area is pleasing to the eyes and that stocks are replenished regularly by proper inventory
  • Ensure that sales targets are met and that clients are informed about discounts and special offers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Handle customer questions, inquiries, complaints and provide feedback to the line manager
  • Issue quotations and manage online shop activities
  • Design the layout of ELV and mechanical systems such as CCTV, fire alarms and more (training will be provided)

What are you expected to bring?

  • Excellent proficiency in both Maltese and English is a must for this role
  • Previous experience in sales with a strong technical background
  • A valid and clean EU driving licence
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Maltese
  • Excellent customer service, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • A proven track record in sales
  • Be self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; ECDL would be considered an asset
  • Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays
