Swedish Speaking Content Analyst/ Customer Support Agent – Are you fluent in Swedish and looking for an exciting career opportunity? We are seeking a Swedish Speaking Content Analyst/ Customer Support Agent to join one of the largest online marketplaces in Sweden.

As a Content Analyst/ Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for monitoring all user-generated content on the online marketplace, ensuring that it complies with the marketplace’s guidelines and preventing fraud, cyberbullying, and counterfeiting. You will also be responsible for supporting users and answering their questions via email.

The position is based in Malta, a beautiful island in the heart of the Mediterranean that boasts 300 days of sunshine per year and a relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle. Malta is home to thousands of expats who are enjoying the island’s beautiful beaches and opportunities for career development.

Requirements for the position include fluency in both Swedish and English, basic computer skills, attention to detail, good team and communication skills, and a conscientious and reliable work ethic. The position also requires a willingness to work in shifts (Monday – Sunday) and an interest in e-commerce and the digital world.
