Job Overview

An emerging company in Malta, who is also known globally, is looking to recruit a Shop Attendant (Laundry & Dry Cleaning). If you would like to be part of a growing team, are equipped with a pleasing personality, and have the necessary expertise, we at Ceek would love to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

  • Deliver excellent customer service to all clients, ensuring that in store receiving, delivery and home collection of garments are well-maintained and in high standards
  • Provide customers with information of the services and promotions proactively, as well as solving customer complaints when they arise
  • General operational duties such as cleaning, drying, ironing, and presentation of garments
  • Sell accessory services and products
  • Ensure that the shop is always well maintained
  • Assist the supervisor with the administrative tasks and other tasks as may be required

What are you expected to bring?

  • A secondary level of education
  • Be fluent in the English language
  • Attention to detail, customer focused and problem-solving skills
  • Basic PC knowledge and be well-organised
  • Must be flexible and can adapt in changing environment
  • A ‘B’ driving license holder will be considered an asset
