What is expected of you?
- Manage to prepare, configure, and install ICT systems
- Monitor and maintain ICT equipment
- Troubleshoot the systems and hardware faults
- Supervise Service Desk support and resolve issues
- Oversee user training and guidance
- Prepare relevant document and reports
- Assist the Systems Administrators
What are you expected to bring?
- A solid academic background in ICT
- A certification in MCSA and CCNA will be considered an asset
- Working experience in MS Active Directory, MS Windows Operating Systems, MS Office 365 Suite, Telephony Systems, Computer Hardware, Wired & Wireless Networks, Structured Cabling, Printing and Multifunction Machines
- Must be fluent in the English language
- Strong business orientation with a great knowledge in the IT industry
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal
- Ability to understand the needs of non-technical internal and external clients
- Knowledge of IT Service Management standards and procedures.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be able to work on own initiative with great attention to detail and can work under pressure
