Keen to join a multinational financial services organisation with global presence?  If you have experience working in Transfer Agency and has led a team, do not miss out on this great opportunity.  One of clients a leading fund services company that deliver an extensive range of services across the full value chain, to asset managers, capital markets, corporates and family offices,  is seeking to recruit a Senior Transfer Agency Manager.

 

What’s expected of you?

  • Manage controls and procedures
  • Improvement and enhancement of processes and systems
  • Risk monitoring, and aid with enhancement of operational risk framework
  • Building and training teams
  • Regulatory and internal risk update awareness and knowledge
  • Oversight management of outsourced functions
  • Resolution of client queries in minimum timeframe
  • Knowledgeable communication of fund governing documents with team and clients
  • Responsibility of operations and control functions
  • Management of frameworks, documented procedures, and policies in line with local and global regulations
  • Adherence to internal policies
  • Respond to investor and audit related enquiries
  • Regulatory reporting is delivered in required timeframes
  • Reporting and feedback to senior management

 

What you are expected to bring:

  • Minimum 5-year experience in a Transfer Agency environment and a minimum 2-year experience in a supervisory/management role
  • Knowledge and engaging personality
  • Experienced in delegation and team engagement
  • MS Office proficiency (Experience on PFS – Paxus will be considered as an advantage)
