Senior Responsible Gaming Analyst – German Speaking

Job Overview

We are expanding our Responsible Gambling (RG) team and seeking a Senior Responsible Gaming Analyst who will play a crucial role in monitoring and detecting potential signs of problematic gambling. As a Senior Responsible Gaming Analyst, you will ensure that players have a great and sustainable gaming experience with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure Responsible Gaming is integrated into daily operations across all areas, including customer service, marketing, and technical enhancements.
• Take ownership of strategies, procedures, and drive various projects related to responsible gaming.
• Ensure full RG compliance with all relevant licensing authorities.
• Promote awareness of responsible gaming issues throughout the organization and collaborate with adjudicating bodies to resolve any complaints.
• Proactively prevent gaming addiction and provide the best service/tools to customers in line with our commitment to Responsible Gaming.
• Handle escalations from other departments promptly and provide responsible gaming training to all staff members.
• Independently identify potential addictive behavior and follow agreed procedures for account blocking, conducting further checks, and excluding customers.
• Conduct reactive and proactive analysis of transactional and customer records to identify connections between unidentified transactions/accounts and known gambling addicted and underage accounts.
• Investigate suspicious accounts (internal & external) with proper analysis and follow-up.
• Process and record outgoing customer refunds accurately and in a timely manner according to established procedures.
• Update Responsible Gaming Training Policies for the Customer Service Department.

Requirements:

• Native proficiency in German language is a must.
• Keen interest in the psychology of addiction and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Responsible Gaming department.
• Empathetic individual with effective listening skills and the ability to understand others.
• Strong team player with a positive mindset and a flexible approach.
• Analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail.
• Passionate about Responsible Gaming.
• Knowledge of MGA regulations.
• Experience in training and procedures.
