What is expected of you?
- Manage the Director’s calendar and ensure the smooth running of meetings and activities
- Manage communication to/from Director’s Office, distribute information in a timely manner
- Prepare papers, and reports before and after meetings
- Provide historical reference by developing and utilising filing and retrieval systems, and recording meeting discussions
- Follow up on action points and deliverables as instructed by Directors
- Organises events, including catering, invitations, and RSVP
- Perform other duties as may be required from time to time
What are you expected to bring?
- Minimum of 3 years previous experience
- Ability to work under pressure and work in a changed environment
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Fluency in English is essential
- Excellent communication skills and client-facing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
