Job Overview

Do you have a passion for promoting brand awareness especially for FMCG? A large food manufacturing organization is seeking Merchandisers. Got the drive to succeed? Ceek would love to hear from you.

 

What is expected of you?

  • Ensure all marketing support material is displayed in given outlets
  • Ensure stocks level are always available including replenishment
  • Take ownership of brand shelving in terms of display and stock
  • Demonstrate products to existing / potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs
  • Setting up and maintaining a demonstration area, such as a table, stand, or booth at various events
  • Keeping the demonstration area clean, tidy, and well stocked with products, samples, and/or promotional marketing material
  • Take own initiative to approach customers and assist with queries
  • Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements
  • Report on promotion related information (interest level, questions asked, complaints, number of samples/flyers distributed etc)
  • Staying up to date with product characteristics

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Mature, resilient, and energetic
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Fluent in both Maltese and English
  • Professional and smart appearance
  • Must have own-transport and in possession of a clean driving license B
