We are looking for a Marketing Manager to manage and mentor the marketing team of a leading company in Malta. What’s expected of you?

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of brands that target different international and local audiences on various channels
  • Develop proposals for marketing strategies
  • Implement successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
  • Drive collaboration with different stakeholders whilst leveraging the right internal processes
  • Build strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies, and suppliers
  • Prepare an annual marketing budget and monitor on a regular basis
  • Oversee and approve all marketing collateral
  • Develop a social media calendar per brand, including lead generation campaigns, performance analysis organic and paid content,
  • Produce relevant, topical and engaging content for the company’s online channels
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
  • Keep up to date with the latest emerging trends and best practices
  • Organise events and publicity initiatives
  • Ad hoc duties as related to the role

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as Marketing Manager
  • University Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a marketing team
  • Proven experience in developing and executing complex marketing programs
  • Strong understanding and experience in offline and online marketing
  • Able to multi-task while focusing on ROI
  • Creative and innovative with a love for great copy, witty communication, and PR stunts
  • Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organised and excellent at time-management
