What’s expected of you?

  • Take full responsibility of onboarding new employees
  • Organise the HR and H&S induction
  • Process new applications and renewals accordingly
  • Liaise with authorities and involved stakeholders
  • Maintain the company’s Employee Discount Booklet and coordinate reimbursements to employees
  • Source and book suitable courses for the team
  • Liaise with Department Managers and third-party providers on scheduling courses and collecting related paperwork and certificates
  • Apply for funding where applicable and keep up to date with available schemes
  • Terminate employees as per company procedures.
  • Be responsible for all administration and the recording of data, including preparing reports in line with the department’s operations
  • Ad hoc duties as needed related to the role
