Our client, a luxurious 5-star accommodation in the heart of beautiful Sliema, close to the main shopping district, the promenade, and wonder views to Mediterranean Sea…is looking for their new Assistant Food & Beverage Service Manager to work in their high-end hotel restaurants – from a grand buffet dining area, café and lounge…to their signature restaurant. Our client seeks an experienced Assistant F&B Service Manager with experience in luxury hotel restaurant management to join their team of professionals.

✔︎ What we are looking for:
2-3 years as an Asst. FB Manager or Supervisor
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Good knowledge of HACCP
Willing to handle Outside Catering functions
Ideally carry a C1 License
Fluent English is important (+ additional EU language)
EU citizen or current resident of Malta

✔︎ What we Offer:
Salary of €22-24,000 / annum (level & experience)
Full-time, long-term contract
40+ hrs / week + full tips
