Job Overview

Our client, a high-end lifestyle management and payment services operator known globally, is looking to recruit a Head of Finance to join their team. If you are looking for a new challenge and ready to lead a dynamic team, this is the right job for you!

What is expected of you?

  • Ensure compliance with financial & management accounting procedures and verify that they are well managed
  • Play a leading role in the financial reporting processes
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, interim and year-end financial statements
  • Oversee the overall accounting functions as well as the cash flow management and treasury controls
  • Lead, train, guide, and direct the financial accounting team to ensure KPIs are achieved
  • Liaise with the company’s internal and external auditors
  • Prepare investment appraisals, feasibility studies and business plans
  • Manage the control of the budget and the forecasting cycle
  • Plan and control the expenditure and revenue management
  • Ad hoc reporting as needed by the management and the board members

What are you expected to bring?

  • ACCA qualification or be a certified Accountant
  • A thorough working experience in a similar role in the financial services sector
  • Strong leadership skills who can adapt style to meet the needs of colleagues, and clients
  • Be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Be highly analytical, flexible, and very attentive to detail
  • Be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Be confident in delivering reports and advice to senior management
  • Be able  to work appropriately with highly confidential, business critical information
  • Be able to resolve conflicting priorities when dealing with in-house and clients’ needs
