Job Description

What is expected of you?

  • Create Fire Fighting and ELV Systems Drawings
  • Oversee Design Drawings & Calculations as per Specifications & Standards
  • Coordinate with Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC drawings for Fire Fighting and ELV Systems
  • Review As-Built Drawings as per Specifications, Codes/Standards & Requirements
  • Manage to calculate Bill of Quantities from the Design Drawings
  • Create and continually update project drawings, project folders and files as jobs progress and revisions are made
  • Liaise with clients, other engineers, architects, and company staff on technical matters related to projects
  • Integrate and collaborate with project managers, design consultants, and sub-contractors, to produce and alter drawings
  • Conduct site surveys review and update project drawings as necessary.

What are you expected to bring?

  • A diploma from a technical college
  • Previous experience with AutoCAD, Word and Excel software
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team environment
  • Strong time management skills to work on several projects concurrently
  • Ability to handle pressure
  • Work knowledge of design and its application for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and architectural
