Job Overview

Do you have extensive experience in the administering of consumer goods to shops and other clients on a supply chain? A large food manufacturing company is looking for a Distribution Administrator to join their team. If you love fast-paced environments, Ceek would love to speak to you.

 

What is expected of you?

  • Check delivery notes with invoices on a daily basis
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly, including signatures
  • Review return forms
  • Handle previous day occurrence problems with the guidance of Executive where necessary
  • Follow up on any software issues including CSB
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure we deliver optimum service, such as coldstores
  • Assist the Distribution Executive in monitoring driver behaviour, customer service and spot checks as may be required
  • Support the implementation of policies as required, including the inspection of trucks for cleanliness and temperatures
  • Any other duties as may be required from time to time.

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Be IT literate, especially in Excel.
  • Possess excellent reporting and communication skills and be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Be in possession of a driving license.
