Job Overview

Are you interested in playing a critical role in the development of new business relationships? If so, we are looking to recruit a Corporate Lending Officer for a renowned Maltese credit institution. If you are up for a new challenge, ceek would like to hear from you. 

 What is expected of you?

  • Prepare and review loan documentation and draft credit requests
  • Undertaking the customer, industry, financial and credit analysis and escalating to Credit Risk as required
  • Support the presentation to the Local Lending Credit Committee
  • Ensure the Banks collateral is protected throughout the duration of the loan, by reviewing, preparing, managing and maintaining the collateral documentation
  • Conduct regular credit reviews and follow up on the daily monitoring processes
  • Respond to customer’s requests in a timely manner and in line with the credit procedures

What are you expected to bring?

  • A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • A good understanding of lending products and services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent English and Maltese verbal and written communication skills
