Job Overview
Our client, a leader in Fast Moving Consumer Goods, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to contribute to the growth and success of their brands. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for identifying market trends, developing marketing strategies, and implementing initiatives to drive profitable volume growth for the company’s brands.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies and key initiatives to drive profitable growth in volume and revenue.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Sales to achieve annual and monthly targets for volume, net sales revenue (NSR), gross margin, and net contribution (NC) for assigned brands.
- Plan and execute effective communications and media actions across all channels, including online and social media platforms.
- Create and manage an annual activity calendar to establish and maintain strong product branding and achieve targeted volume, revenue, and margin growth.
- Propose and manage the budget (DME) for advertising, activities, and promotional items in line with company and principal’s procedures and guidelines.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Monitor brand performance and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative agencies, to drive brand success.
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics to inform brand strategies and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a must.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing brand and marketing strategies for FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) products is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey brand messages and engage with stakeholders.
- Strong budget management skills, including the ability to allocate resources effectively and track expenditure.
- Proficient in conducting market research, analyzing data, and drawing actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative brand campaigns and initiatives.
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
