We are seeking an experienced and efficient Assistant Stores Administrator to join our team. As an Assistant Stores Administrator, you will be responsible for managing goods coming in and going out of the stores, updating computer systems with goods received and issued, ensuring confirmation and accounting of issued products, and maintaining proper organization of the stores while managing a good internal goods system.
- Manage the incoming and outgoing goods in the stores
- Update the computer systems with goods received and issued
- Ensure proper confirmation and accounting of issued products
- Manage the organization of the stores while maintaining a good internal goods system
- Previous experience in an administrative position
- Standard level of education
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
