What’s expected of you?
- Perform general secretarial and office duties
- Issue invoices and input timesheets
- Set up appointments
- Edit PowerPoint presentations
- Maintain manual and electronic records
- Do scanning and photocopying
- Prepare the boardrooms for meetings
- Attend meetings with clients
What are you expected to bring?
- Have a good level of education
- Be proficient in typing
- Have a sound knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Be eager to learn and ready to work as part of a team
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Possess strong communication skills in English
