Job Overview
We at Firm Salvatore Caruana, importers and stockholders of metals and industrial products, require an Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.
The role involves answering client enquiries, conducting daily cash reconciliations, maintaining debtors’ records and performing the costings process of products imported.
Responsibilities comprise:
- Answering client enquiries by phone and email
- Conducting daily cash reconciliation and maintaining float of coins
- Updating debtors’ records, sending statements and chasing debtors
- Performing costings process of imported products#
Applicants must possess the following attributes:
- Good command of both Maltese and English languages and preferably also Italian
- Computer literate
- An accounts background will be considered an asset
