Job Overview

Would you like to work with well-known food and beverage establishment in Malta? Do you have an A-Level in Accounting or are you partially ACCA qualified? We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and meticulous Accounts Executive to join a dynamic and growing team. If you are eager to challenge yourself and learn, we at Ceek would love to hear from you!

 

What is expected of you?

  • Update and post accounting entries
  • Handle cash and bank reconciliations, credit control duties, and debtor chasing
  • Prepare monthly suppliers payments lists
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers
  • Assisting with the compiling of the management accounts and the year-end closures
  • Prepare accruals and prepayments lists
  • Perform any other duties that may be required

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • An A level in Accounts or ACCA partial qualification
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role
  • The ability to work efficiently within a team as well as individually
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and spoken
